《德伯家的苔丝》的空间叙事学分析视角

作为近年来叙事学研究领域的新方向,空间叙事学已引起诸多专家和学者的重视。事实上,早在英国批判现实主义时期,大作家托马斯·哈代就认识到传统小说叙事技巧的局限性,在其代表作《德伯家的苔丝》中发挥了叙事的空间性。笔者以空间叙事学的视角深刻剖析了小说空间背景的预示作用和多重叙事空间的转换,思考了诸多事件的空间同存性和延展性。

Analyzing Perspective of Spatial Narratology on Tess of the D'Urbervilles

As the new direction in the research field of narratology,spatial narratology has already attracted attention of many experts and scholars in recent years. In fact,Thomas Hardy,the great master in the British Critical Realism period,had realized the limitation of narrative techniques in traditional novels and had fully elaborated the narrative spatiality in his representative work--Tess of the D＆#39;Urbervilles. Under the perspective of spatial narratology,the author deeply analyzes the implication of space background and transference among multiple narrative spaces and ponders over spatial co-existence and ductility of many events.
