| 摘 要： | 为了煤矿安全监察干部网络学院(以下简称"煤监网络学院")更好的发展,对近三年的网络培训效果进行总结,以及以调查问卷形式对煤监网络学院发展过程中遇到的问题进行调查分析并提出相应的对策。虽然煤监干部网络培训存在一些不足,但是总体利远大于弊,是值得推广和深入发展。

| Abstract: | In order to Coal Mine Safety Supervision Cadres Networking Academy better development（ hereinaf-ter referred to as‘Coal Supervisor Networking Academy ’ ） , Through the summary of the nearly three years ’ network training effect and questionnaires to analyze the problems encountered during the development, and provide references for the development of Coal Supervisor Networking Academy.Although coal supervision ca-dres network training has some shortcomings, overall more good than harm, is worthy of promotion and in-depth development. |
