贞观廉政思想及其当代意义探究

“历览前贤国与家,成由勤俭败由奢.“这条千年古训不仅揭示了一个政权主体成功的施政经验,而且体现了中华民族的优良传统.文章从权力的变异及腐败着手,并从历史唯物主义角度出发,引出了贞观廉政思想.并同历史上以往执政方式的比较得出了贞观廉政的特征,即循循善诱与严惩不贷相结合;上行下效与严格考课制度相结合.最后,联系国际国内形势及我国廉政建设任务和状况,尤其是胡锦涛同志“八荣八耻“的社会主义荣辱观和新时期的施政理念,借鉴贞观廉政建设的经验,总结出其对我国当代廉政建设的意义.
