寄主植物对扶桑绵粉蚧生长发育和繁殖的影响

摘    要:研究了番茄、芝麻、黄秋葵、空心菜、南瓜等5种寄主植物对扶桑绵粉蚧的生长发育和繁殖的影响.结果表明:扶桑绵粉蚧在番茄上若虫历期最长,在芝麻上最短;在黄秋葵和南瓜上发育的成虫寿命显著长于在芝麻、番茄和空心菜上的成虫;在芝麻、空心菜和黄秋葵上存活率较高,而在番茄和南瓜上的存活率较低;雌成虫在空心菜上的平均产卵量最高(648.50粒),是在番茄上的平均产卵量(95.42粒)的近7倍.

Abstract:A new invasive species to China the cotton mealybug(Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley)(Homoptera: Pseudococcidae) was studied.5 host plant species,the tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum),the sesame(Sesamum indicum),the okra(Hibiscus esculentus),the water spinach(Ipomoea aquatica),the pumpkin(Cucurbiat moschata) for the cotton mealybug were investigated at(28±1) ℃ with a 12 L:12 D photoperiod in the laboratory.The longest larval duration of P.solenopsis occurred in pumpkin and the shortest one occured in sesame.The adult longevity of P.solenopsis feeding in okra and pumpkin were longer than that in sesame,water spinach and tomato.The survival rate of the mealybug feeding in sesame,water spinach and okra was higher than that feeding in tomato and pumpkin.The average fecundity of adults was highest in water spinach(648.50) and lowest in tomato(95.42).
