| Abstract: | The paper explains the concept of the skyline,and starting from the evaluation on the skyline,analyzes the skyline with the Fenhe River as the watching point in Taiyuan City at present,and based on this,advances some measures for protecting the skyline between the East Mountain and the West Mountain in Taiyuan City. |
