| 摘 要： | 对GT601多臂机构进行了运动分析,得到因开口机构工作失效而出现规律性跳花的织机速度范围。同时提出改造措施,将速度从200r/min提高到300r/min,以适应中档剑杆织机的需要,达到优质高产的目的。为准确测试其失效速度,设计了一个测试电路,解决靠人工目测误差较大的问题。

| Abstract: | The mechanism of GT601 is analysed and the loom speed limit when the regular skips happens because of the failure of shedding is worked out. At the same time, methods to promote the speed from 200 r/min to 300 r/min are raised. So it can meet the need of middle speed rapier loom and help to realize good quality and high productivity. Also a test system is provided to test the speed limit. |
