| 摘 要： | 地方性综合性院校财务管理专业人才培养方案存在以下问题：培养目标不明确,人才模式定位不准确;课程体系陈旧,跟不上市场经济和科技发展的步伐;专业课程之间内容交叉重复问题突出;教学管理、教学方法及教学手段落后。为培养应用型本科人才,在借鉴我国财务管理专业课程体系设置的理论探讨基础上,提出了地方性综合院校财务管理专业的课程体系设置的构想。

| Abstract: | There exist some problems in cultivation plan for financial management major in local university： cultivation goal is unclear; location of cultivation mode is inaccurate; curriculum system is old and cannot keep pace with ever-changing market economy and scientific development; the overlap and repetition among academic courses are prominent; teaching management, teaching method and teaching aids lag behind. In order to cultivate personnel with applied knowledge, the study, based on several domestic theories on curriculum system design for financial management major, brings up a new concept on curriculum system design for financial management major in local university. |
