肉桂腈的杀(抑)霉菌作用

摘    要:本文测定了自行合成的肉桂腈对自行分离鉴定的植病茵Alternaria tenuis Nees和Rhizopus nigricans,皮肤癖病菌Epidermophyton floccosum、Trichophyton gypseum、Trichophyton rubrum、Microsporum gypseum,以及22种霉菌(其中18种为常见粮食、水果等霉腐试菌,4种为人体浅部丝状茵)的抑茵作用。研究结果表明,肉桂腈具有较高的杀(抑)霉菌作用,是一类广谱的杀(抑)霉菌化合物。

Abstract:The authors synthesized a compound cinnamonitrile, which has mouldinhibiting effects on various kinds of mould, namely the plant pathogens Alternaria temuis Nees and Rhizopus nigricans, the human parasites and pathogens dermatotophytes Epidermophyton floccosum, Triehohyton gypseum, Trichophyton rubrum and Mierosporum gypeum. These moulds were collected, isolated and identifed by the authors who also tested the effects of cinnamonitrile on 22 species of mould. Eighteen speciesoof mould were isolated from grains and fruit while four species were an throphilic. The results showed that cinnamonnitrile is a mouldinhibiting compound with a wide range of spectrum.
