会展经济发展中的地方政府消极行为及消弭

近年来,会展业在我国发展迅速,但与其他会展经济较为发达的国家相比较,我国会展经济的发展水平仍然很低。究其原因,地方政府不作为是制约其发展水平的关键外部因素。引发地方政府不作为的因素很多,其中最主要的原因是地方政府对狭隘经济利益和肤浅政治利益的过分追逐。为提高我国会展经济发展水平和保证会展经济发展的持续与稳定,地方政府的当务之急是尽快完善会展法规、积极推动会展行业管理社会化、加快政府主导型展会转型、进一步推进会展产业的规模化与市场化以及加快高素质会展专业人才的培养等。
