| 摘 要： | 依据地理标志制度的构建经验,归纳出在获得地理标志认证之后,持续保证产品品质并进一步提升品牌价值的思路与策略。应从理顺行政权力分配关系、强化产品后续监管、构建产区环境影响评价制度、建立品质损害补偿基金、注重产品国际法律保护、探求地理标志产品保护运行模式等方面着手构建特色农产品地理标志的法律保护体系。
