摘    要:师德建设为高校生存之本是由高校教育的目的所决定的,其状况好坏决定着高校能否继续生存、人民能否满意。师德问题从培养人才、科研发展等来看已成为高校发展的瓶颈。只有重视和加强师德建设,切实落实制度化规范、提升师德责任感才能有助于师德提升。当前应注意树立德才兼备、以德为先的理念、重视学生在评教中的作用、加大扬善抑恶的力度、鼓励保护广大师生及社会各界的有效监督。

Abstract:At present, we should pay attention to establish the concept of "stressing ability and integrity equally" and "considering mo- rality most important", emphasize the role of students in evaluating the teaching, intensify praising kind behaviors and restraining the e- vil ones, and encourage to protect the effective supervision from the majority of teachers, students and the community.
