| 摘 要： | 大型项目因客观原因,潜在的风险更加明显,仅用单一综合评价方法无法全面准确地对其风险进行评价。在论证了DHGF法对大型项目风险评价适用性的基础上,以福建平潭屿头岛田下陆岛滚装码头工程项目为例,验证了DHGF方法,并依据验证数据分析出该物流项目的潜在风险等级为"良"。

| Abstract: | Due to objective reasons, potential risks of large projects are more obvious than small ones. A single comprehensive evalua- tion method can not fully and accurately evaluate the risks. This paper demonstrates the applicability of DHGF method in evaluating risks of large - scale project, and on this basis taking the Ro - Ro wharf project of Tianxialu Island in Yutou Island, Pingtan, Fujian as an example, validates the DHGF method, and analyzes potential risks of the logistic project based on the validation data. |
