水杨醛希夫碱功能化介孔硅基吸附剂制备及其对水体中Cu(Ⅱ)离子的吸附性能研究

摘    要:采用后嫁接法制备了水杨醛希夫碱功能化介孔硅基吸附材料SA-SBA-15,对Cu(II)离子的饱和吸附量为60.0 mg/g,最佳溶液pH值为5.动力学研究表明,合成的SA-SBA-15对Cu(II)离子的吸附40 min达到平衡.吸附Cu(II)离子后形成的Cu-SA-SBA-15具有良好的杀菌性能,对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为160μg/mL,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为120μg/mL.

Abstract:Salicylidene Schiff base-functionalized SBA-15 mesoporous silica is prepared ,characterized and used as an adsorbent for heavy metal ion ,Cu(II) .By post-grafting ,the organic-inorganic hybrid mesoporous materials have been synthesized by tetraethoxysilane (TEOS ) with 3-aminopropyltrimethoxy-silane (APTES ) and salicylalde-hyde in sequence .The functionalized mesoporous materials are characterized by means of XRD ,FT-IR ,TEM and N2 adsorption-desorption analysis .The result indicates that ,after sequent chemical modifications of aminopropyl and schiff base ,the primary hexagonally ordered mesoporous structure of SBA-15 is not affected ,exhibits the excellent adsorption capacity .The removal rate of copric ion in aqueous media is high and the adsorbent can be regenerated by EDTA treatments without changing its properties .Meanwhile ,Cu-SBA-15 antibacterial agent was shown to be an effective bactericide against Bacillus coli and Staphylococcus aureus ,indicating that it has good antibacterial effect .
