| Abstract: | By analyzing the quality that a political assistant in colleges should have and the significance of improving the quality,the author thinks that laying stress on the study of political theory,cultivating noble character,paying attention to mastering the methods of educating students and making good guarantee measures for cultivating political assistants are the necessary approaches of improving the quality of political assistants. |
