酶水解比色法测定奶液中色氨酸含量的研究

摘    要:将测定谷物色氨酸的“酶水解-三氯化铁-醋酸比色法”用于山羊奶、占奶色氨酸测定,回收率可达96.4%以上。试验结果表明,该法精密度与DAB比色法无显著性差异,但比DAB比色法更快,更简便可靠。

Abstract:Experiments show that when the method of enzyme hydrolytic ferric chloride acetic colorimeiry is used to determinate the contents of tryptophan in goat milk and milk,the rate of recovery is up to more than 96.4%.As for accuracy,compared with DAB colorimeiry,there is no remarkable differencies,but this method is much guicker,simpler and dependable.
