| 摘 要： | 以王坪煤矿为例,从切实搞好班(组)长职能转变、全面抓好安全员的工作、建立健全队干跟班制度、加强现场安全监督检查、加大职工安全教育和培训的力度、大力推行标准化作业、积极引用现代安全技术装备等7个方面,论述了煤矿安全现场管理的重要性和具体操作措施。

| Abstract: | Taking the Wangping Coal Mine as the example,this paper discusses on the importance of and concrete measures for the coal mine's field safety management from seven aspects of transforming the functions of the group leaders,grasping firmly the work of the safety workers,establishing and perfecting the system of group leaders' jointing a regular shift,strengthening the field safety supervision and examination,promoting the normalized operation,and utilizing the modern safety equipment. |
