摘    要:通过对试管苗光合作用相关研究的总结分析,认为离体试管苗虽然具有一定的光合能力,但由于受高湿、弱光、低CO2浓度以及培养基含糖量的影响,其组织分化不完善,光合自养能力弱,适应性差,必须经过移栽驯化或炼苗才能逐渐适应外界环境.通过减少培养基中糖的添加量,同时增强光照和提高CO2浓度等培养微环境的调节,可以增加试管苗叶绿素含量,改善气孔的调节功能和光合自养能力,从而促进试管苗的生长发育,提高其对环境的适应能力.

Research Progress on the Photosynthesis of the Test-tube Plantlet and Regulation of the Environmental Factors

Abstract:Through summarizing many excellent achievements about plantlets photosynthesis which were tested and verified by predecessors, it was found that the plantlets have photosynthetic capacity, however its tissue differentiation, photosynthesis and adapting capacity are in low level and affected by levels of sucrose in culture medium, illumination and concentration of carbon dioxide in culture vessels. The results showed that the chlorophyll content in leaves of the plantlets, stomatal conductance, photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate changed with different outside factors. These results indicated that acclimation could greatly improve the capabilities of the plants to adapt to natural environment,and enhance their autocrophy.
