摘 要: | 采用免疫组织化学的方法(SABC法)对疣荔枝螺消化系统各器官中甲硫氨酸脑啡肽(met—Enk)进行了定位研究,疣荔枝螺的吻、唾液腺、食道、食道腺、胃、小肠、肝脏、直肠中均有met—Enk存在.其巾唾液腺、肝脏呈met—Enk强阳性,吻、食道、食道腺、胃、小肠、直肠呈met-Enk阳性.在各器官的不同组织中met—Enk阳性义有不同:腺体和消化道的上皮组织和结缔组织呈强阳性,消化道的肌肉组织呈阳性或弱阳性.met—Enk在消化系统各器官及不同组织中的分布密度不同可能与各部位功能不同有关.

Abstract: | Methionine-Enkephalin(met-Enk) in digest system of Thais Clavigera was examined and analyzed by immunohistochemical SABC technique. The results showed that there was met-Enk in mouth, salivary gland, esophagus,esophageal gland,liver, stomach, intestine and rectum. The strong positive met-Enk imminoreaction was observed in the salivary gland and liver, while positive in mouth, esophagus, esophageal gland stomach, ntestine,rectum. The degree of positive met-Enk imminoreaction varied in different tissues. Epithelium tissue and connective tissue of digest system presented strong positive met-Enk imminoreaction, but muscle tissue positive or weak positive. It can be inferred that the various density distribution of the met-Enk in organs and tissues of digest system was attributed to the different functions. |
