南蛇藤内生真菌Y4的分子鉴定及其抑菌活性研究

摘    要:采用ITS序列分析对从南蛇藤中分离到的一株内生真菌Y4进行了鉴定,并对其液体发酵产物的抑菌活性和化学成分进行了初步研究.结果表明,Y4是子囊菌门的炭疽菌属(Colletetrichum)真菌,其菌丝体乙醇提取物的正丁醇相萃取物对7种植物病原真菌都有较强的抑菌活性,其抑菌活性成分可能为生物碱、内酯、香豆素和有机酸.

Abstract:An endophytic fungus(Y4) isolated from the leaves of Celastrus orbiculatus was identified by ITS sequence analysis,and the fungistasis activity and a qualitative chemical analysis of the ferment products were tested.The results showed that the endophytic fungus Y4 belongs to Colletotrichum,the butanol extracts of mycelia extracted by ethanol showed the stronger inhibition activity to 7 kinds of plant pathogens,and the antifungal-active components may be alkaloids,lactone,cumorol and organic acids.
