摘    要:从多管藻和螺旋藻中提取了藻胆蛋白,利用藻胆蛋自在可见光区具有吸收的特点,建立了藻胆蛋白含量的快速测定方法.在波长565和620nm处测定藻红蛋白和藻蓝蛋白在0-1.2mg/mL内具有良好的线性关系,r藻红=0.9995,r藻蓝=0.9998,该方法测定藻红、藻蓝蛋白的回收率分别为99.07%和99.11%.与传统的Lowry法相比,该方法测定蛋向质简便快速.重现性好.

Study on Extraction of Phycobiliproteins and Their Content Determination Based on Spectrophotometry

Abstract:The phycoerythrin is extracted from Polysiphonia urceolata and Spirulina platensis. A simple and rapid method for the determination of phycoerythrin content is established" based on the adsorption of R-phycoerythrin( R-PE ) and C-phycocyanin (C-PC) under visible light area. The absorbance value at 565 nm and 620 nm had a good linearity with the mass concentration of R-PE and C-PC in the range 0-1.2 mg/mL, with rR-PE =0. 9995 and rC-PC =0. 9998. The recovery ratio for R-PE and C-PC is 99. 07% and 99. 11% ,respectively. This determination method has a good reproducibility, which is simpler and rapider than the conditional detection-Lowry method.
