| 摘 要： | 通过查阅相关文献资料,总结归纳了目前报道的有关骨质疏松症(OP)与骨关节病(OA)之间关系的3种观点,即不相关、正相关、负相关,分析认为两者相互关系是随OP或OA的病变进程而变化的,并探讨了可能的原因.理顺两者关系将有助于进一步了解两者发病机理,力求为临床诊治提供一个新思路,有益于OP、OA的防治.

| Abstract: | The views of the relationship between the Osteoporosis(OP) and the Osteoarthritis (OA) which we had summarized from numerous theses are different:no relationship,positive relationship or negative relationship . In this paper a new view is given and discussed that the relationship between OP and OA may vary with the state of OP or OA. It is profitable to investigating the mechanism of OP and OA that the relationship between OP and OA is elucidated.Furthermore a new train of thought will be given for clinical diagnosis and treatment of OP and OA. |
