| 摘 要： | 研究表明，高校大学生安排课余生活的合理性新老学生有别，参加课余体育锻炼的动机男女生有别，不少大学生缺乏科学锻炼身体的方法和知识，学校缺乏安排和老师的指导，影响他们课外体育锻炼的有显性因素和隐性因素。

| Abstract: | A discussing involved the college students' motive and its affecting factors for participating the extra-curriculum sports activities was made. The results shows that the motive for participating the extra-curriculum sports activities is different between male college students and female college students, and there are a few differences in the way for arranging extra-curriculum activities among new and old college students. Generally, some factors whether visible or invisible like lack of suitable management and supervision would probably affect the students' motive for participating the extra-curriculum sports activities. |
