第八届全国民运会珍珠球裁判员的现状调查

通过问卷调查、文献资料、现场观摩和座谈交流等方法,对我国第八届全国民运会珍珠球裁判员进行调查研究．结果表明：珍珠球裁判员篮球裁判等级相对较高;中青年人占66．67％,女性比例偏少;全国裁判员调派地域省份的分布较均匀;裁判员中高校教师占总人数63．89％;裁判员学历、职称较高,说明裁判员整体素质水平相对较高．

A study of the present conditions of the pearl ball referees in the 8th China National Nationalities Sports Meet

Through the investigation of questionaire, documental information, on-the-spot obvervation and face- to-face communication,the paper studies the present conditions of the pearl ball referees in the 8th China National Nationalities Sports Meet. The conclusions have been drawn that the referees＇ levels are rather high： among the referees, the ratio of the mid-young referees is 66.67%, and that of the female referees is less; the distribution of the referees assigned to every region and every province around the whole China is of average; among the total munber of the referees, the ratio of college teachers is 63.89%; and the referees＇ substantial schooling experiences and higher professional posts shows that the referees qualities are much higher. The paper also points out some shortcomings in the referees so that the nationalities sports meet in every minority region and the next China National Nationalities Sports Meet would be held smoothly, and additionally this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions to the China Central Nationalities and Religions Departments for reference.
