| 摘 要： | 大学生犯罪黑数大量而普遍存在。它是在司法机关、学校、犯罪大学生、受害人及知情人的“合力”下形成的。预防和减少大学生犯罪黑数必须增强高校法制教育的实效性，提高大学生法律素养，预防大学生犯罪，必须严肃执法，正确处理大学生犯罪案件。

| Abstract: | The dark figure of the university student＇s crime exists largely and universally. It shapes under the ＂co-acting--force＂ of the judicial organization, the school, the criminal university student, the victim and the insider. To prevent and to reduce the dark figure of the university student＇s crime, they should enhance the effectiveness of legal education in university, enforce the law seriously, and handle the university student crime case correctly. |
