摘    要:本文采用混酸(酸硝:高氯酸1:3V/V)消化样品,2,3—二氨基萘荧光分光光度法测定水果、干果和蔬菜中的含硒量。样品中含硒量在0.009~0.5ppm时变异系数为3.7~7.8‰,回收率在90%以上。文中报告了十种市场常见的上述食品的实际含硒量。本方法具有容易掌握,速度快,准确性高和选择性好的均满足要求的特点。


THE DETECTION OF SELENIUM CONTENTS IN FRUITS,DRY FRUITS AND VEGETABLES THROUGH FLUOREMETRY ANALYSIS
Abstract:A fluoremetric methed for the determination of trace selenium in fruits, dry fruits and Vegetables was described in this paper, A acid mixture (Nitric aeid. Perchloric acid = l:3v/v) was used as degesting reagent and 2,3-Diaminophthalene was used for fluorescent derivation The coefficients of variation and recovery were found to be 3,7~7,8% and above 90% respectively when the Selenium Contents are in the range of 0.009~0.5 ppm, The Selenium Contents of 10 ordinary food Samples purchased from Local markets were reported. The meehed pvoved to be simble, guick, accurate and selective.
