银-导电陶瓷复合材料导电性的计算机模拟

摘    要:采用电阻网络模型对银-导电陶瓷(LaFe0.25Ni0.75O3)复合电极材料的电阻特性进行了计算机模拟。首先通过材料的SEM照片分析了材料的结构,并在此基础上建立了电阻网络物理模型。然后利用计算机编程的方法对模型进行了求解,并与实验结果进行了比较分析。

Abstract:The resistivity of Ag-electroceramics(LaFe_(0.25)Ni_(0.75)O_3) Composite Electrode was simulated using resistor-net-model.The structure of this material was analysized through its SEM photographs,based on which resistor-net-model was established.Then the model was solved by computer program,and the simulation results were compared with our experiment results to evaluate this approach.
