中美中小学"择校"问题比较及启示

摘    要:本文从择校行为的产生、择校制度的具体实施及择校所形成的教育效果和社会效果等三维角度,从择校行为产生的背景,家长的择校动机,家长择校的选择空间,政府对择校的态度和所提供的支持,学校的自主权及择校所达成的教育效果和社会效果等六个方面对中美教育中的"择校"现象进行了比较,并试图通过比较得到一些启示,为有效合理的解决我国择校现象提供一定参考.

Abstract:It is covered three dimensions and six aspects in the paper.The dimensions are the birth of school choice behavior;the concrete performance of school choice system and the educational and social effect that the school choice achieves,the six aspects are the context of the school choice birth,the motive of parents,the choosing space,the government's attitude and support,self-independent right of the school and the educational and social effect.The author compares the phenomenon with the American's according to these aspects,in order to get some inspiration and help to solve the problems of school choice occurs in our country properly.
