6个月健身秧歌锻炼对绝经女陛血清细胞因子和骨代谢指标的影响

探讨6个月健身秧歌锻炼对绝经女性血清细胞因子和骨代谢指标的影响。方法：对28名绝经女性进行为期6个月的健身秧歌锻炼，以血清细胞因子和骨代谢指标为评价参量，探讨健身秧歌锻炼对绝经女性身体机能的影响。结果：经6个月健身秧歌锻炼，绝经女性血清细胞因子IL-1和TNF—a含量均较锻炼前呈非常显著性降低（P〈0．01），IL-6含量较锻炼前显著性降低（P〈0．05）；骨代谢指标血清骨钙素（BGP）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）均较锻炼前呈非常显著性下降（P〈0.01），血清钙（ca）水平较锻炼前呈显著性下降（p〈0．05）。结论：健身秧歌锻炼可显著性降低绝经女性血清细胞因子和骨代谢指标的含量，对提高机体免疫机能和预防骨质疏松症状的发生具有积极作用。

The Effects of Yang-ge Dance for Aged Postmenopausal Woman's Serum Cytokine and Bone Metabolism Index

To investigate the effects of Yang - ge dance for aged postmenopausal woman＇ cytokine and bone metabolism index. Methods ： Choose twenty-eight aged postmenopansal women for six months Yang - ge dance exercising , using the serum cytokine and bone metabolism index as measure index prepare the changes between before and after six month exercise; appraise the valuable of Yang-ge exercise for aged postmenopausal women . Results ： After six months exercise , the index of IL-1 and TNF-a on the serum cytokine were very significant drop in than before the training（P〈0.0I） , but the index of cytokine about IL-6 has was significantly decreased than before the training（P〈0.05）; The index of BGP and ALP on bone metabolism droped and appeared very differently than before （P〈0.01）, the index of serum Ca droped slightly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： It＇s concluded that six months of Yang - ge dance had activity role in improving and changed the level of serum cytokine and the bone metabolism index on postmenopausal woman＇s, which has positive of immune and prevent the osteoporosis for aged postmenopansal woman＇ health .
