| 摘 要： | 提出组织合作网的概念.由于传统的生产要素不合理,影响其流动,通过组建合作网,生产要素流动,资源重新配置,组织结构得以调整和优化,并得到创新,从而保持合作网的活力.合作网有个领头组织,由他带领使网内每个成员获利,创造出新的生产力.
