| 摘 要： | 采用文献综述与逻辑分析的方法,在总结了有关自我效能理论的基础上,结合体育技术教学的特点,分析了体育教学情境下学生自我效能对学习和练习体育技术动作的影响和自我效能的形成,针对性地提出了增加成功体验和间接经验、利用书本知识和他人意见、提高机体唤醒水平等提高学生自我效能的四个途径.
