| Abstract: | The cause and prevention of the 24 cases coplications were studied. The authors believe that the key which prevents or reduces the complications following hip arthroplasty is: 1.the selection of suitable cases and right operation; 2.the improvement of the operation skill and comprehension of hip biomechnics; 3.the selection of excellent and suitable endoprosthesis; 4.the improvement of the use of cement. |
