| 摘 要： | 目的:检测森林脑炎患者血清补体C3、C4水平变化,了解森林脑炎免疫反应情况.方法:选择94例确诊的森林脑炎患者作为实验组,选择30例正常人群作为对照组.根据病情轻重将实验组分为轻组和中重组.采用散射比浊法检测补体C3、C4水平,并对结果进行统计学分析.结果:(1)实验组与对照组比较,补体C3水平变化有显著性差异(P＜0.01);补体C4水平变化无明显差异(P＞0.05).(2)轻组与中重组比较,补体C3水平变化有差异(P＜0.05);补体C4水平变化无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论:森林脑炎可导致补体C3水平降低,补体C3水平可以反映森林脑炎病情严重程度;森林脑炎对补体C4无明显影响.
