摘    要:本工艺研究采用正交实验方法,研究了丙烯酸在聚合过程中的引发剂、交联剂,丙烯酸中和度,单体浓度和反应温度等因素对树脂吸水性的影响,从中获得最佳合成工艺,制得树脂吸水率达140g/g(去离子水),吸水速率快,保水性较好。

Abstract:A super absorbent resin, which is a cross - linked sodium ployacrylale, was synthesized bymeans of solution polymerization. The relations between the water - absorption of resin and the amount ofinitiator, or concentration of AA, or neutralization degree of AA, or the amount of cross - linking agent orreaction temperature were studied by the orthogonal method. The absorption amount of resin can be over1400g/g and over 150g/g in case of deionized water and 0. 9% NaCl solution, respectively.
