摘 要: | 内源性鸦片样物质(OLS)的发现为痛觉生理的研究开辟了新的领域。针刺镇痛过程中是否有OLS参与,这是针刺麻醉原理研究中的一个重要方面。本工作证明,电针引起大鼠脑内OLS含量升高,这种变化与针刺镇痛效果有平行关系。说明脑内的OLS在针刺镇痛中可能起重要作用。

Abstract: | Electro-acupuncture for 30 min in rats caused a significant elevation of OLS activity in the brain and a moderate lowering of its activity in the pituitary gland. The extent of brain OLS activity has been found to be positively correlated with the effect of acu- puncture analgesia (AA), implying its important role in AA. The physiological bearing of the reduced pituitary OLS activity in AA has also been discussed. |
