| 摘 要： | 原创是出版物的灵魂。出版物缺乏原创性，就没有个性和特色，也就丧失了参与竞争的能力，学报也是如此。文章通过分析学报发展的现状，指出抓原创是学报发展的必然选择。如何实施原创战略，主办单位及其编辑起着关键作用。
