| Abstract: | By using the principal and agency theory, this paper makes analysis on the hierarchy structure, and in the light of the problems existing in the hierarchy organization, points out that the flattening of the hierarchy structure and network-type organization is the high-level substitute of the organization with the hierarchy structure. |
