BaM六角铁氧体的磁晶各向异性

摘    要:本文半经验地得到了Fe~(3+)自由离子及其络离子系统的径向波函数R_3d(r),解释了3d电子的电子云延伸效应。并根据晶场理论用点电荷模型和高阶微扰近似,计算了BaM六角铁氧体2b晶座Fe~(3+)的单离子各向异性。计算结果与实验符合得很好。

Abstract:The radial wave function R_(3d)(r) of Fe~(3+) ion has been obtained semi-empirically. The nephelauxetic effects of Fe~(3+) ions have been explained. Single ion anisotropy of Fe~(3+) ions at 2b site in the hexagonal ferrite BaM has been calculated by crystal field theory using point charge model and high order perturbations. The results are in good agreement with experiments.
