摘    要:<正>在中国林业科学1978年第二期发表了关于马来松香的制备及作造纸施胶剂的试验,并作了较详细的报导。本文研究的目的是寻找其他马来酸和富马酸加合物以代替马来酐加合物,对2%、3%、5%的马来酸与马来酐加合物用于造纸施胶作了对比,发现此两种加合物的施胶效果没有什么区别。在我国马来酸的价格比马来酐便宜的多,因而采用马来酸代替马来酐作为制备马来松香的原料在技术上和经济上是完全可行的。在试验的范围和条件下富马酸用作造纸施胶剂也是可采用的。


PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF MALEATED ROSIN FROM MALEIC ACID FOR FORTIFIED PAPER SIZING
Abstract:A thorough study on the preparation and application of maleated rosin for paper sizing was formerly carried out and made public in Zhongguo Linye Kexue, (Scientia Silvae Sinicae) No. 2, 1978. The purpose of this article is to search for other maleic and fumaric adducts instead of maleic anhydride for paper sizing. 2, 3 and 5% of both maleic acid and maleic anhydride adduct mixtures have been examined and the sizing effects of these adduct mixtures were found of little difference. As the cost of maleic acid is much lower than that of maleic anhydride in China, it is technically and commercially feasible today using maleic acid as starting material for manufacturing maleated rosin instead of maleic anhydride. Fumaric acid can also be used in tests as paper sizing.
