| 摘 要： | 数字景区是景区功能的数字化再现、延伸和拓展.本文分析了数字景区建设中存在的问题,阐述了数字景区建设与业务流程再造的关系；在此基础上,阐明了数字景区建设中业务流程再造的原则及主要内容.提出了数字景区建设中业务流程再造的方法与步骤.旨在通过数字景区业务流程、信息结构优化,全面促进景区环境、社会、经济的可持续发展.

| Abstract: | By the means of digitization,digital scenic spot represented,extended and expanded the function of scenic.This article analyzed the problems during the digital scenic spot construction,and introduced the relationship between the digital scenic spot construction and business process reengineering.On the basis of which,it introduced the principles and main contents of business process reengineering,and provided the methods and steps of business process reengineering in the process of construction of digital scenic spot.Through the optimization of business process and information structure of digital scenic spot,this paper aimed to promote the sustainable development of scenic environment,social and economic. |
