| 摘 要： | 风景名胜区在我国旅游业的发展中起着重要的作用，但近年来由于对其旅游资源的不适当开发，对其造成了一定程度的破坏，因而政府规制也就成为必须．本文试就对政府规制的必要性及其目前存在的主要问题、成因来提出一些解决办法，以促进风景名胜区的可持续发展．

| Abstract: | The scenic spot plays an important role in the develop m ent of tourism industry of our country.But in recent years it has been destr oyed on certain degree because of the inappropriate exploitation.Therefore the pheno menon of government regulations is necessary.For the sustainable development of scenic spots,the paper has put forward some suggestions on the basis of analyzin g the necessity and cause of government's regulation and the existing problems a t present. |
