我国生物渗流的研究现状和展望

摘    要:生物渗流力学是生物流体力学的分支学科.在回顾微循环研究和应用的基础上,描述了生物脏器多孔介质的证明,以及国内外研究生物多孔介质的理论模型.最后,从组织工程学的角度对生物渗流的发展、应用前景进行了展望.与微循环研究方法比较,用渗流力学方法研究生物器官内体液的流动有整体的优势,可以反映器官的整体性状.

Abstract:The Mechanics of biological porous flow is a new branch subject of bio-mechanics of fluid flow.The recent researches and applications of micro-cycle tissues and the biological porous flow models of biological visceras were surveyd in this paper.The testification of biological porous media were shown,and many experiments and theorical models in this field were included.Finally,the future researches and applications of biological porous media were forecasted by view of tissue engineering.It was showed that the method of porous media flow would be more apt to studying biological visceras and tissues than micro-cycle method,because of the whole flow characteristics of method of porous media flow.
