摘    要:企业要科学实施奖惩制度必须建立切实可行的绩效考评体系,科学合理的薪酬体系,能上能下的用人机制,以人为本的培训与发展制度,赏罚分明的奖惩制度,并积极探索职工持股等奖励手段。

Abstract:The enterprises, which want to carry out the rewards and penalties system in a scientific way, must establish practicable performance examination and evaluation system, scientific and rational salary system, the employing system of being able to accept a higher or lower post, and the people- based training and developing system, etc., and probes actively into the reward means such as holding shares by the workers, etc.
