| Abstract: | Nighty four cases of collateral blood supply by gastroduodenal artery in primary hepaticcarcinoma were analysed.The pathways of collateral blood supply were classified:(1)contact sup-ply by the gastroduodenal brdnches;(2)collaterals around common bile duct;(3)collateralsthrough pancreaticoduodenal arcade from superior mensenteric artery;(4)supply by anastomosis;(5)supply by variant artery.The correlation between the inner diameter of the gastroduodenalartery and the extent of primary hepatic carcinoma was positive. |
