煤矿乳化液泵技术探讨

摘    要:目前,煤矿机械化采煤工作面泵站使用的乳化液泵一般都是卧式柱塞泵,存在投资大、能耗高、维修费用高、噪声高和体积大等不足。本文提出的增压缸式乳化液泵,工作可靠,设备投资小,节约电能,维护方便,噪声低,外形尺寸小。

Technical Research on Emulsion Pump in Coal Mines
Abstract:At present a horizontal plunger pump numerously is applied on the emulsion pump station on a mechanization mining working face in coal mines. Its shortcomings are the intensive capital, high energy consuming,high cost of repair and maintenance,strong noise and large volume. This paper introduces the pressure intensifier emulsion pump. It reliably works, needs only a low investment. It is convenient to install and repair and maintenance. It works with energy conservation and low noise. Its volume is small.
