西双版纳橡胶、胡椒植株上的微生物区系及部分真菌的拮抗试验

摘    要:调查了西双版纳橡胶、胡椒的根、茎、叶、果各部分微生物区系状况。根部的微生物数量最多,种类最丰富。从橡胶上分离到细菌10属,真菌6属;从胡椒上分离到细菌16属,真菌13属,部分真菌菌株对引起橡胶褐根病及咖啡炭疽病的病原真菌有明显拮抗作用。

Abstract:Some fungi,bacteria and actinomvcetes were isolated from roots,stems,leaves and fruits of H. brasiliensis and P.nigrum in Xishuang banna,Yunnan.Mi-crobes existed in roots were prevailing in number and species.10 bacterium genera and 6fungus genera were isolated from H. brasiliensis in the dry season. 16 bacterium generaand 13 fungus genera were isolated from P. nigrum in the dry season and the rainyseason. Some of 27 strains of isolated fungi have antagonistic activities against Phellinusnoxius and Colletotricm coffeanum which respectively cause the diseases in H.brasiliensis and C .arabica.
