并流多效蒸发系统的计算机辅助计算

摘    要:建立了带有冷凝水闪蒸和额外蒸汽引出的并流多效蒸发系统工艺计算的数学模型 ,用计算机辅助计算方法求解 .算法用VisualBasic 5 .0编程实现 .算例表明 ,计算方法快速、准确 ,对四效并流蒸发蔗糖水溶液系统 ,引出额外蒸汽将原料液从 2 6 .7℃预热到 6 0℃进料并利用冷凝水闪蒸可节省加热蒸汽约 11% .

Abstract:The model of cocurrent multi-effect evaporation with extra vapor elicitation and condenser water flash is established. A computer-aided calculating method is presented. The algorithm is programmed by Visual Basic 5.0. A practical example shows that the calculating method is fast and accurate. With condensed water flash and preheating cane sugar solution from 26.7?℃ to 70?℃ by eliciting extra vapor, the fresh vapor expenditure of cocurrent four-effectevaporation is decreased by about 11%.
