| 摘 要： | 2 0世纪80年代以来,西方企业纷纷进行战略调整,结成战略技术联盟,从而有助于企业吸收与发展新技术、提高竞争力、分散风险、加速创新并获取竞争优势。而通过外部资源整合以提升企业的核心竞争力则是企业间结成战略技术联盟的内在动因。

| Abstract: | Since 1980's,many western companies have carried out the stra tegic adjustments and built strategic alliance with each other. Such alliance ca n help the enterprises absorb new technology,improve their competitive capabilit y and innovation,distract their risks and achieve the superiority of competition .And advancing the core competency through the conformity of exterior resources is the intrinsic cause of strategic technology alliance formation. |
