| 摘 要： | 针对制造企业已有的ERP，EC和CRM系统，提出建立一个集成的通用的智能商务系统。给出了系统的功能框架以及所设计的体系结构，并对相关的实现技术，如数据挖掘、XML技术等作了探讨。
