焊接电弧的电子模拟负载

摘    要:通过分析焊接电弧动特性和绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)特性,设计了焊接电弧电子模拟负载,提出了一种弧焊电源动特性测试的新的试验方法.该方法采用IGBT作为可变电阻来模拟实际焊接过程中电弧的动态变化,通过弧焊电源的动态电参数来进行综合评判,并对所设计的电子模拟负载进行了工艺实验研究.实验结果表明,采用IGBT可以作为电子模拟负载来模拟焊接电弧的电流、电压的动态变化.

Abstract:By analyzing the dynamic characteristics of welding arcs and the characteristics of IGBT,an electronic analog load of welding arcs was designed and a new experimental method for the dynamic characteristic test of arc welding power source was proposed. In this method, the dynamic characteristic variation of the welding arc in actual welding process is simulated by using IGBT as the rheostat and is evaluated by the dynamic electronic parameters of arc welding power sources. Technique research on the designed electronic analog load was then carried out. Experimental results indicate that IGBT can be used as the electronic analog load to simulate the dynamic current and voltage variation of welding arcs.
