颈椎数字减影图像三维运动检测系统的探讨

摘    要:利用微机对数字减影成像DSA(DigitalSubtraction)系统的颈椎(模拟)图像进行处理,建立了一种颈椎非接触式三维运动检测系统.该系统拟采用DSA对病人颈椎进行正、侧位照影,根据DSA的两路PAL制式输出,经过预处理、识别和DLT测量方法计算,得出被检测颈椎每块椎骨中心点的空间坐标,从而达到确立完成某动作时病人每块椎骨间的相对位移、相对转角等运动参数的目的.

Abstract:The method to process the cervical spine DSA image by micro computer is discussed, and the way to build an unosculatory three dimension dynamic measure system of cervical spine is established. The three dimensional coordinates of every vertebra can be identified automatically in this measure system, so that the stability of cervical spine can be judged. The reliable scientific data can also be obtained for selecting operations, improving surgical techniques, and increasing the accuracy of the outcomes.
